All processes for student loans are completed at  www.studentaid.gov  

Only complete if you (the student) want to accept federal student loans. 

Due Date: July 1, 2022 

 

1. “ Log In ” in the top right hand corner-You will need your FSA ID Username or E-mail Address and your FSA ID Password (If you forgot your FSA ID or do not have a FSA ID please select create an FSA ID or click forgot Username or Password).
2. Once logged in, click on “I’m In School .” Then click on “ Complete Entrance Counseling .”
3. Review “ What is Entrance Counseling? ” and scroll to find “ Complete Entrance Counseling .” Click on “ START .”
4. Choose Lenoir-Rhyne University as a school to notify.
5. Select “ I am completing entrance counseling to receive Direct Loans as an undergraduate student ” and continue through all the remaining steps.
6. Once you complete all five steps, print or email the Counseling Completion Verification page for your records.
7. Complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN).

2. Once logged in, click on “ I’m In School .” Then click on “ Complete MPN (i.e., Loan Agreement) .”
3. Find “ I’m an Undergraduate Student ” and click on “ START .”
4. On the next page, complete all five steps listed. Once it is complete, the Department of Education will notify us in 24-48 hours.
