This will allow everyone to hear the Song Leader and the Speaker clearly without interruption! It is generally recommended to mute your microphone as you join the call. Background noises can be distracting in a call, so make sure you keep everyone focused on the topic at hand. Press - *6 (star six) to mute a phone that does not have a mute button or feature readily available. Press -*6 (star six) again to take mute off the call.
